Thank you very much for joining me.
Here is Paul MacInnes' report from New Jersey.
Is Michael Olise the best former Reading player at the tournament?
Michael Olise
This could get lively.
Zafar Sobhan says: “It's always a good sign when players come off without complaint. Especially when there's a hat trick to be had.
â€France now have a full reserve front line of Mateta, Cherki and Doue (with Barcola) on. They're as good as any other country's starters. Scary.â€
Full time: France 3-0 Sweden
Should we hand France the trophy now? It already feels like the tournament has gone on far too long, so it would make sense. The front four is far too good at the moment and Sweden were the latest victims. They will just be pleased they do not need to see the likes of Mbappe, Olise, Barcola and Dembele again anytime soon.

90+2 mins: Doue whips a cross to Mateta at the back post but he is off balance and lashes high and wide.
Evan Crocker makes his bid to be a BBC pundit: “Starting to suspect this France team might be the business.â€
90 mins: Gyokeres almost pull one back thanks to some neat work on the edge of the box but the Arsenal striker's shot is too close to the goalkeeper. Nilsson is sent on to replace Isak.
Bill Muskett: “I thought there was a rule change at this world cup to do with VAR and corners. I've just googled it and it turns out it's only if a corner is awarded wrongly. If a corner is not given by mistake that can't be overturned.†What a world we live in.
Four minutes added on.
88 mins: Anil Patel writes: “As much as I regret it, I understand why Michael Olise chose to play for France rather than England; Southgate would have kept him on the bench and played Jordan Henderson instead.â€
Olise is bringing football home.
86 mins: Svanberg sends a volley wide, which is almost interesting for Sweden supporters.
85 mins: Mbappe and Olise off, Cherki and Mateta on.
84 mins: France one of the few teams that can pass the ball at walking speed and then be at 100mph. Sweden are just waiting for the whistle.
82 mins: Something to see as Doue thwacks are shot but the goalkeeper deals with it relatively well.
Half a chance for Isak at the near post but he can't make great contact and Maignan sweeps up.
Down the other end, Barcola makes a couple of defenders looks slilly but Zetterstrom produces a strong block.
Bygren and Svanberg on, Ayari and Svensson off.
80 mins: France are slowly knocking the ball around. Nothing to see here.
78 mins: The French four are a cut above anything else in the tournament. Mbappe is now joint top of the Golden Boot charts with Messi.
Trey Brock writes: “At this rate it seems Messi will have to score 25 more goals this tournament if he wants to keep the all time World Cup goals record for longer than four years.â€
Theo Hernandez on for Digne.
76 mins: Doue and Gusto on, Kounde and Dembele off.
GOAL! A slick team move ends with Olise playing an inch perfect for Mbappe to latch onto and produce a clinical finish into the corner.
GOAL! France 3-0 Sweden (Mbappe, 74)
That is almost too good.

73 mins: Kounde bundles the ball behind for an obvious corner but it is given as a goal-kick. I've not a clue. The officials have missed a few things today. I think I will rule them out of doing the final at this rate.
72 mins: France break on Sweden at incredible speed with Mbappe leading the charge but he has the composure to slip in Olise, he takes a touch but is smothered by Zetterstrom.

71 mins: We are hydrated and playing once more.
John Parry emails: “I have zero idea what Graham Potter's Sweden (TM) are trying to do here. Perhaps they're just completely out of their depth. But if the ad/hydration/boo break actually changes anything, it will be the most dramatic of any of the hundreds so far.
“Here's to a tiny amount of excitement or jeopardy.â€
Just trying to keep it tight.
68 mins: HYDRATION BREAK!
67 mins: David Wall asks: “In your view, what has changed most significantly in the two years since the Euros in Germany? Although they reached the semi-final there France looked slow, stodgy, and unhappy as a team. Can it be explained by Mbappe's move to Real Madrid, something he was waiting for at the time after a rancorous last year in Paris , which in turn has liberated people like Doue, Barcola, and Dembele at PSG? Or the exponential development of Michael Olise? Or something else, perhaps Deschamps knowing it's his last tournament in charge?â€
I think each individual has improved in that time, which is natural. But it mainly seems to be the case that they are afforded the free-kick take risks and play as they see fit.
66 mins: Bergvall and Stroud off, Zeneli and Ali on for Sweden.
65 mins: Sweden ponder how they can build from the back but it is not easy. It is a decent move, going up the pitch at moderate speed but never troubles France, as the Scandinavians are forced backwards.
It is almost a third as France counter. Mbappe slips the pass into Olise, who takes a cracking first touch and then shoots but his effort is deflected wide.

63 mins: Olise takes a corner on the left short and then France are very happy to tap it around. This is feeling less like a contest as each minute passes.
61 mins: Gyokeres does well to hold up the ball near the byline but goes down after getting a smack in the face from Upamecano. Somehow the referee and his assistants do not spot it.
Olise almost gets a goal of his own, curling a shot from 20 yards towards the bottom corner but the goalkeeper makes a good save.

59 mins: Sweden are still looking long to get themselves up the pitch quickly but it is not having the desired effect. France do not look too worried.
France tease Sweden as they slickly knock the ball around, allowing Kounde to find space in the box but his cross is tame.
Potter is preparing a sub for action.
57 mins: Sweden have a corner on the right. Elanga goes over to take it but walks away, leaving the task to Svensson. It is a decent delivery but Bergvall nods the ball wide.
Zafar Sobhan says: “Christ alive, this France team is good.â€
55 mins: Who can stop France? I am not sure anyone can. They have looked on a different level to everyone else I've seen at the tournament.
GOAL! This feels like it is done and dusted. Olise slips a beautiful pass through the defender's legs to Barcola, he takes a great touch and smacks the ball home.
GOAL! France 2-0 Sweden (Barcola, 53)
A lovely pass and some cracking feet, not to mention the finish.

52 mins: The main thing to consider here is that a second goal would be the end of this as a contest, as I cannot see Sweden getting two.
Kounde slips in down the right and looks for a pullback but his precision is lacking.
51 mins: Tchouameni wants to get involved but his shot from distance is a poor one.
